Shoulder Support Brace

Wraps around the shoulder with adjustable straps that hold the joint in place — similar to what the rotator cuff muscles do naturally.

One product covers everything from mild daily discomfort to moderate post-injury support, which is why this is the highest-volume SKU in the shoulder category for most sellers.

Compression Shoulder Sleeve

Slides on like a tight shirt — no straps, no buckles. The even pressure helps the shoulder “feel” its own position better, which reduces the small unconscious movements that make inflammation worse.

Best fit for customers dealing with chronic soreness or post-workout recovery who still need full arm movement.

Shoulder Stabilizer Brace

A heavier-duty build that physically blocks the shoulder from moving in directions it shouldn’t. Straps can be set to limit specific motions — how far the arm lifts out, rotates in, or rotates out.

Built for customers with a diagnosed problem: recurring dislocation, AC joint separation, or clearance to return to sport after surgery.

Shoulder Sling & Immobilizer

A cradle that holds the forearm and locks the whole arm against the body at a fixed angle. The shoulder can’t move at all — that’s the point. Used only after surgery or acute injury where any movement risks re-tearing what was just repaired.

An abduction pillow version keeps the arm slightly away from the body to reduce tension on healing tendons during the first 6 weeks.

3 problems your customers complain about — and how we solved each one

01 — Underarm chafing & skin irritation

The #1 complaint in shoulder brace reviews. Narrow straps dig into the armpit crease; raw edges rub skin raw during extended wear.

02 — Difficult to put on with an injured shoulder

A person with shoulder pain can’t raise their arm overhead or reach behind their back. Many braces require both.

03 — Falls apart after a few washes

Velcro loses grip, elastic goes slack, fabric pills. A brace that doesn’t survive regular washing gets returned or reviewed at 1 star.

If the underlying issue is posture-related rather than injury-related, a posture corrector may be the better fit

Shoulder Brace & Support Customization Options

Neoprene

Closed-cell foam that provides compression, warmth, and structural rebound. 2–3mm for low-profile daily wear that fits under clothing. 3–4mm for standard support and recovery. 5mm for heavy-duty rehab or cold-climate use.

Breathable Mesh

Used in strategic zones — typically the deltoid cap and upper arm wrap — where full neoprene coverage would trap too much heat.

Polyamide/Polyester

Durable, quick-dry knit with high stretch and colorfast branding—ideal for lightweight compression sleeves that breathe and hold shape.

Copper-Infused

Antimicrobial fibers that suppress odor without chemical coatings — critical for a product worn against sweaty skin for hours.

Common questions from shoulder brace buyers

How long does sampling take, and is there a fee?

A sample based on an existing pattern with your logo and color takes 1–3 business days. A sample involving structural modifications — new strap layout, added therapy pocket, custom panel shape — takes 7–10 days or more. Sample fees depend on complexity and are credited back to your first production order.

MOQ is 600 pcs per style/color. Samples take 3–5 days and include structure, material, and sizing comparison. We encourage brands to request multiple variants in one sample round to speed up decision-making.pe. For compression sleeves, we use medical-grade elastic materials. Copper-infused, cooling, and UV-blocking fabrics are also available.

Our facility is ISO 13485 certified, FDA registered, and CE marked. These cover the US and EU market entry requirements for elbow supports classified as medical devices. If your target market requires additional testing or documentation, we can work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Yes. Most of our shoulder brace programs use a universal design that fits either side — one SKU covers both. This simplifies your inventory and reduces the sizing decision for your end customer. If your product requires side-specific anatomy (common in post-surgical stabilizers), we can build left and right variants on the same production line without doubling your tooling cost.

Yes. We provide individual sealed packaging with suffocation warning labels, FNSKU barcode labeling, and outer cartons that meet Amazon fulfillment center requirements. We also offer branded retail cartons and custom insert cards if your product sells through other channels alongside Amazon.
