For most fully customized knee sleeves and supports, our standard starting point is around 500 pcs per size per color. For stock products, MOQ is 500 pcs mixed sizes and styles.
Can you match the fit, compression and design of my existing knee sleeve?
Yes. You can send us your current sample or detailed measurements, and we’ll reverse-engineer the pattern, material and compression level. We then make a pre-production sample so you can confirm the fit and performance before bulk production.
How long does it take from sample approval to bulk shipment?
Sampling usually takes about 5-7 days once all details are confirmed. Bulk production is typically 15-25 days depending on complexity and order quantity, plus shipping time to your country. If you have a launch deadline, tell us in advance so we can plan capacity.
How do you control quality and keep sizing consistent between different batches?
We follow a fixed size chart and material spec sheet for every approved style, and our team checks key measurements and tolerances during knitting, sewing and final inspection.
